
Marc Frost
FounderMarc Frost brings decades of experience in financial strategy and wealth building, driven by a passion for helping individuals live longer, richer, and more purposeful lives. He holds a degree in Finance and Economics, graduating at the top of his class from the University at Buffalo, where he also served as Treasurer. He later earned a Master's in Taxation. Marc has taught at several universities, including Emory University, Georgia State, and St. John's University.
He is the author of Money Concepts 101, a university-level textbook focused on modern financial and retirement planning. Alongside his traditional financial expertise, Marc has a lifelong interest in alternative health and longevity. He spends much of his time coaching clients on lifestyle habits such as nutrition, meditation, and preventive wellness. His approach to financial planning is both well-rounded and human-centered, combining strategic insight with a genuine commitment to improving clients' overall quality of life.
